Shipping Policy

Turnaround

All orders are shipped within 7-10 days.

If you have opted for local pickup, we will be in contact with you within 48 hours of receiving your order to arrange a pickup time at our shop located in our barn at 734 McGlen Rd. Troy, PA. 16947.

Carriers

We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:

  • USPS

Order Tracking

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

Shipping Rates

We charge a flat rate of $10 for each order to ship. We pick the fastest available shipping for under $10 with the rest of the charge, if applicable, going toward packing supplies and labor costs.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We charge a flat rate of $30 to ship a package internationally.

International customers will be expected to pay for Customs Duties or Import Taxes if applicable.

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

How To Return An Item

*Please note we cannot accept returns from orders placed outside of the United States. 

Your item must be in its original, unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.

  3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.

Return Exceptions

items cannot be returned if they are opened and have been used.

Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Restocking Fee

All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
